About us.
Our story began several years ago, when three close friends — Balázs Nick, Dániel Farkas, and Tamás Sződi — came up with the idea of opening a small store called VINYL & WOOD. At the beginning, we focused on vinyl products and a selection of items by Hungarian designers.
From the very start, our vision was to create a place where guests could enjoy great sandwiches, homemade cookies, and excellent coffee while browsing unique design pieces.
That dream finally came true at Wesselényi Street 23, where we were able to open VINYL & WOOD exactly the way we had always imagined it. Get lost in Wonderland.

Lehetőségünk volt kipróbálni a Brunch étlapjukat, az édességek és kávék mellett. Minden nagyon finom volt. Az ételek alapanyagain látszik hogy nagyon figyelnek rájuk, minőséggel dolgoznak. Minden tiszta és rendezett volt.

"Nagyon klassz hely, igazán ajánlásra méltó 😊 a rövid étlap ellenére, garantáltan mindenki megtalálja a tökéletes ételt maga számára. Mi a croque monsieur és az egg benedict mellett döntöttünk, nagy nehezen, de egészen biztos, hogy visszatérünk tesztelni a többi ételt is 😉 finom és laktató reggeliben volt részünk. Külön említest érdemel, hogy a kiszolgálás rendkívül szívélyes volt, hála az ott dolgozóknak 😊"
"My friends and I visited Budapest and came here for breakfast while we watched to enter our Airbnb. The service was fast and ordering was easy. The food was delicious, especially the Avocado BLT. Additionally the sourdough beard used was absolutely delicious and soaked up all the rest of the plate. Very cool and laidback vibe for the place. I liked the vinyl on the walls and the Banksy art."
